How Level Up Physical Therapy & Wellness Came About

I’m Jennifer Jones, PT, DPT, CIDN, the founder and lead physical therapist at Level Up Physical Therapy & Wellness. I opened this clinic because I saw firsthand how traditional, insurance-based orthopedic clinics often prioritize high patient volume over quality care. In those fast-paced environments, therapists are expected to juggle multiple patients at once, which can lead to rushed sessions, limited one-on-one time, and ultimately, poor patient outcomes. I knew there had to be a better way. I wanted to create a space where every patient feels heard, valued, and supported—where individualized care isn’t just an ideal, but the standard. At Level Up Physical Therapy & Wellness, I focus on providing dedicated, one-on-one attention to ensure that each treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs and goals. My mission is simple: deliver high-quality, personalized care that helps you achieve lasting results.
